My style combines interactive, engaged, positive coaching with the structural depth of therapy to give you the best of both approaches. Often I will work with both of you in the room together, helping you interact actively and safely to resolve and enhance your relationship. Together we’ll agree on the number and frequency of meetings to suit your agenda. We can work intensively (up to several hours/days at a time), more gradually, or use a combination of both approaches.
Cognitive and behavioural coping strategies can help: but they tend to break down as soon as stress builds up again, back at the office or home. Instead we will roll-up our sleeves and work together to help you make deeply sustainable changes. You’ll rediscover your ability to relate to each other in fresh and positive ways. We will experience and embed healthy relationship patterns, emerging from a better understanding of each other.

The Joinery’s process integrates much of the new learning with a variety of approaches and tools. If you want to know more about the detail of some of the specific therapies and tools, please ask.
